Insta Emergency Alert – Omicron Coronavirus Variant Hits Hong Kong

On 26 November 2021, #World Health Organization(WHO) designated the variant B.1.1.529 a “Variant of Concern”, named #Omicron.

According to WHO, this variant has a large number of mutations. It should be paying high attention to it. Preliminary evidence suggests an increased risk of reinfection with this variant, as compared to other #VariantofConcern.
